Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates in Italy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options for Italy:

  • Standard Shipping (2-6 business days): €9.99

  • Free Shipping: For all orders of €60.00 or more (3-5 business days).

3. International Shipping (Europe)

We ship throughout the European Union. The applied rates are:

  • European Union Standard Shipping: €14.99

  • European Union Free Shipping: For orders of €100.00 or more.

  • Estimated transit times: 4-8 business days depending on the destination.

4. Non-EU Shipping (United Kingdom and Switzerland)

We offer shipping to the UK and Switzerland. To ensure the best experience and no surprises upon delivery, we use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method. This means that all import taxes, customs duties, and local VAT are calculated and collected transparently directly at checkout on our website. You will not be asked for any additional payments by the courier at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's systems.

6. Incorrect Addresses or Lost Packages

VSN is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to a non-existent address or failure to collect it, the costs for reshipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@vsnwear.com and we will open an investigation with the courier.
