Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive an additional notification as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times in Italy

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options within Italy:

  • Standard Shipping (2–6 business days): €5.99

  • Free Shipping: On all orders of €60.00 or more (2–6 business days).

3. International Shipping (Europe)

We ship throughout the European Union.

The following shipping rates apply:

  • Standard EU Shipping: €9.99

  • Free EU Shipping: On orders of €100.00 or more.

Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on the destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.

5. Incorrect Addresses or Lost Packages

VSN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
